On December 19th, 2016, Beyond the Darkness announced the appointment of its newly recruited executive chairman and founder, Norman Pattiz. The podcast, Beyond the Darkness, will have a spot on the Podcast One forum, which is an advertiser supported platform owned by WWE star Chris Jericho. The podcast network operates across America, as the largest podcast forum. The new show, Beyond The Darkness, will feature progressive eye-opening conversations on paranormal activities and entities such as ghouls, ghosts, demons, angels, aliens, monster experiences, miracles, and mysteries. The podcast participators will include Tim Dennis as the podcast’s host, and internationally known researchers, and paranormal witnesses who will challenge every controversial aspect of the topics. The show will feature on PodcastOne.com every Monday, on iTunes and PodcastOne’s mobile applications.
Norman Pattiz commented that Chris Jericho has earned a name as one of the accomplished characters of the PodcastOne Network. He stated that when Jericho began The Jericho Network collection, he knew that it would grow to deliver entertainment that covers subjects outside of wrestling. Pattiz added to say that the network has nurtured comedians and will see more success with the launch of Beyond The Darkness. Chris Jericho stated that he was thrilled and anxious to see what the new podcast will add to the network.
Norman Pattiz received an appointment to be the chief executive officer of PodcastOne on June 23rd, 2016. Before his recruitment to the firm, he worked as a consultant of Westwood One incorporation since 1974 as its founder. In 1994, Pattiz joined Broadcast Education Association to serve as a chief executive officer. He serves as a chairman and board member of Los Alamos National Security, Lawrence Livermore National Security LLC, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Between 2001 and 2006, Norman worked for Broadcasting Board of Governors under the appointment of President Bush. He has worked for many other establishments such as the University of California, Homeland Security, Hollywood Radio and Television, Interpacket Networks incorporation, Westwood One incorporation, Alhurra television and the University of Southern California.
Norman has received various awards that honor his professionalism, such as the Distinguished Education Service Award, Broadcaster of the year award and the Freedom of Speech award. In November 2009, Norman Pattiz joined the National Radio Hall of Fame for his vital contributions to the radio industry.
