The Beginning For Deere
Doe Deere is from Russia and moved the United States when she was 17. Deere dreamed big as a child and continued dreaming big when she arrived in New York City. Her friends describe her as imaginative and creative. She aspired to be a musician and that is precisely what she did shortly after arriving in New York. The Big Apple was a lot different than were she came from, but she could smell the air of success all around her and wanted her part in it. In no time, Deere was a young entrepreneur on her very own accord.
From Tattoos To Cosmetics
At 13, Deere popularized tattoos by wearing them and making it cool to have a temporary tattoo. Her entrepreneurial spirit had her selling them to her classmates. Deere says that selling temporary tattoos was a novelty that she enjoyed. Being a musician made it easy for her to appreciate people coming out and supporting her events. Shortly after, she ended up in the cosmetic industry and insists it is a good thing.
