The Philanthropic Work of Betsy DeVos Reaches across Community Borders

Betsy DeVos is now well known across the U.S. for her role as the Secretary of Education in the Republican Trump Administration, but her philanthropic and advocacy work has extended across many different areas of life where she has made a difference in allowing the people of Michigan and beyond in making their own informed choices. I have looked at the life of Betsy DeVos who was born in Holland, Michigan as a member of the Prince industrialist family, the young Betsy DeVos has been reported to already have become a major force in the political sphere when she studied at Calvin College; known for her belief in American values, I have been impressed with the political work of Betsy DeVos who has become a successful political figure known for her two periods of time as the Chair of the Michigan Republican Party and as President George W. Politics may have been a significant issue in the life of Betsy DeVos, but I believe her real passion in life will remain education as she has dedicated more than three decades of her life to fight for the rights of millions of students in the U.S. who I believe are not being given the best start to their educational careers. It appears Betsy DeVos agrees with my belief in providing a better educational system for all U.S. students as she has been a major advocate and financial backer of the majority of impressive campaigns to bring school choice and voucher systems to the people of the U.S. Among the groups that have benefited from the financial support and vocal backing of Betsy DeVos are the Children First America and American Education Reform Council; I have been impressed with the way individual schools and numerous scholarships have also been supported by the DeVos family who have made clear their support for the best possible education residents of the U.S. like myself can expect for their young people.

The Prince Foundation is one of the main passions for Betsy DeVos as she has sought to extend the legacy of her parents through a high quality charitable foundation that I have seen complete good works across the nation, but the majority of her philanthropic work has been focused on the work of the Dick and Betsy DeVos Foundation and The Windquest Group investment company; the Dick and Betsy DeVos Foundation seeks out good causes that reflect the couples own family based beliefs in bringing success to the people of the U.S., including the continued good work I have seen taking place at the West Michigan Aviation Academy charter school.
